Looking for an AI Engineer & Researcher to push model performance and capabilities through research, experimentation, fine-tuning, benchmarking, deployment, and optimization. The role involves working across the AI lifecycle and contributing research, papers, and products to production.

What you'll do

• Research and understand machine learning techniques and papers
• Experiment with new research techniques and real-world implementations
• Train, deploy, and serve models at scale
• Write research papers based on experiments and findings
• Develop detailed benchmarks and comparative performance analyses
• Perform quantization and fine-tuning of LLMs and other models
• Optimize models and GPU infrastructure for cost-to-scale efficiency
• Write Python code and Jupyter Notebooks
• Work across the AI lifecycle, including deployment, benchmarking, fine-tuning, monitoring, and scaling
• Launch research, products, and AI capabilities into production

Must have

Strong AI research background with research/paper publications Experience researching and implementing machine learning techniques and papers Strong experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorRT-LLM Experience training, deploying, and serving models at scale Experience with quantization and fine-tuning of LLMs and other models Strong benchmarking and performance analysis experience Experience optimizing models and GPU infrastructure for cost and scale Strong Python and Jupyter Notebook experience Good understanding of GPU infrastructure and AI development tools Comfortable working across model deployment, benchmarking, fine-tuning, monitoring, and scaling Up-to-date knowledge of latest AI papers, techniques, and experiments Curiosity and willingness to experiment with new concepts and tools

Good to have

Experience with C++ or Rust Experience working in a startup environment Experience contributing to zero-to-one product development Previous startup or founding-team experience Experience writing research papers and contributing to open-source AI
