We are looking for a Junior Web Developer with 1–3 years of experience in building responsive, high-quality web applications using React.js, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of frontend development, an eye for detail, and the ability to build clean, scalable, and user-friendly interfaces. You will work closely with the engineering team to develop new features, improve application performance, and deliver seamless user experiences.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain web applications using React.js, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.
- Build reusable components and responsive user interfaces.
- Integrate APIs and collaborate with backend developers to deliver product features.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following development best practices.
- Identify and resolve bugs, performance issues, and UI inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with the design and product teams to translate requirements into functional interfaces.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement of the codebase.
- Contribute to the development and timely delivery of new features and product enhancements.
Must have
1–3 years of hands-on experience in web development. Strong proficiency in React.js and its core concepts, including components, hooks, and state management. Practical experience with Next.js and its routing and rendering features. Good working knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript. Experience building responsive and mobile-friendly web interfaces using Tailwind CSS. Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend development practices. Familiarity with REST APIs and integrating backend services into web applications. Experience with Git, version control, debugging, and writing maintainable code.
Good to have
Basic knowledge of backend development using Node.js, Express.js, or similar technologies. Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB. Experience with React Native or cross-platform mobile application development. Understanding of server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and performance optimization. Familiarity with authentication, authorization, and secure API integration. Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Playwright. Familiarity with deployment platforms such as Vercel, AWS, or similar services. Experience working in an agile environment and collaborating with designers, product managers, and other engineers.
