We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong backend engineering expertise to build and scale production-grade systems for AI-powered enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Go, backend architecture, and building reliable software systems, along with an interest in AI-native development. You will work on complex engineering challenges, develop AI-driven workflows for enterprise applications, and build scalable, observable infrastructure in a fast-paced startup environment.
What you'll do
- Design, build, and maintain core backend systems using Go.
- Develop reliable, scalable services that power AI-driven enterprise workflows and integrations.
- Build and improve agent pipelines that automate complex enterprise processes.
- Integrate with external enterprise systems, APIs, and business applications.
- Improve system performance, observability, reliability, and production readiness.
- Identify and resolve complex technical challenges across backend services and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to establish sound architecture, code quality, testing, and deployment practices.
- Take end-to-end ownership of technical deliverables, from solution design to deployment and ongoing improvements.
Must have
5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong track record of shipping production-grade software. Strong proficiency in Go (Golang) and experience developing reliable backend services. Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, concurrency, networking, and core computer science fundamentals. Experience designing, developing, and maintaining backend systems, APIs, and service-oriented architectures. Experience building and operating production systems with a focus on performance, reliability, scalability, and observability. Familiarity with AI technologies and a willingness to adopt AI-native software development practices. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, including the ability to work through complex technical challenges with limited predefined solutions. High ownership, sound engineering judgment, and the ability to independently drive features from design through production deployment.
Good to have
Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications, AI agents, or agentic workflows. Experience developing agent pipelines for enterprise workflows and system integrations. Familiarity with enterprise applications such as SAP, NetSuite, Salesforce, or similar ERP and CRM platforms. Experience with API integrations, webhooks, authentication, and third-party service connectivity. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. Experience with distributed systems, message queues, asynchronous processing, and microservices. Exposure to infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes. Experience with AI coding assistants and tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar development tools.
