We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer who has experience working in small, fast-paced startup environments and can take end-to-end ownership of cloud infrastructure, deployments, reliability, and automation. You’ll work closely with engineering teams to build scalable infrastructure, improve developer productivity, and maintain highly reliable production systems.
What you'll do
- Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure AWS infrastructure
- Own and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and operational processes using Terraform
- Manage and optimize Kubernetes and Docker-based environments
- Monitor production systems and improve reliability, performance, and availability
- Troubleshoot production incidents and drive root-cause analysis
- Implement infrastructure, security, and cost-optimization best practices
- Partner closely with engineering teams to improve developer productivity and deployment velocity
- Take ownership of infrastructure decisions in a fast-paced startup environment
Must have
3–6 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering Prior experience working in small/startup environments Strong hands-on experience with AWS Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines Hands-on experience with Terraform / Infrastructure as Code Strong Linux and shell scripting skills Experience troubleshooting production issues and conducting RCA Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, security, scalability, and reliability

Experience owning infrastructure end-to-end in an early-stage startup Experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or CloudWatch Experience with AWS services such as ECS, EKS, EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC Experience with infrastructure security and cost optimization Experience with distributed systems or high-availability applications Exposure to Python/Go for automation and tooling
