Own a major product area end-to-end within the Product Development Lifecycle — from discovery and product direction to specs, UX, launch, and post-launch outcomes. Work closely with Engineering to build and scale products across broking, trading, wealth-tech, or fintech.
What you'll do
- Own product roadmap and prioritization based on user research, market signals, and business strategy
- Define problems and prioritize what to solve before defining solutions
- Write and own product specifications, scope, success criteria, edge cases, and acceptance criteria
- Own UX flows, wireframes, and product-level technical requirements
- Partner with Engineering through architecture, development, QA, and launch
- Own post-launch metrics including adoption, engagement, revenue/business impact, and user feedback
- Translate product learnings into future discovery and roadmap decisions
- Represent Product with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and regulatory-facing teams
- Drive AI adoption across research, specifications, analysis, and product workflows
Must have
4–5 years of Product Management experience Substantial experience in broking, trading, wealth-tech, lending, or fintech products Strong understanding of capital markets and trading workflows Experience owning a product area end-to-end and being accountable for business outcomes Strong stakeholder management and ability to push back on scope/prioritization Strong product analytics and experimentation skills Experience defining product specs, success criteria, scope, edge cases, and acceptance criteria AI-native mindset with strong hands-on use of AI tools in product workflows

Experience working with Risk, Compliance, or Legal teams Experience with regulated product surfaces Experience across KYC, trading, or disclosure-related products Experience with equities, F&O, mutual funds, margin/MTF, or similar workflows
