We're looking for a Principal Engineer (Python/Golang) to lead the architecture and development of scalable, high-performance backend systems. In this role, you'll drive technical strategy, solve complex engineering challenges, mentor teams, and influence the overall technology roadmap while building reliable, production-grade software.
What you'll do
- -Own and deliver critical product initiatives end-to-end.

- -Drive engineering excellence through strong testing, monitoring, and operational practices.
- -Champion simplicity and long-term maintainability.
- -Work closely with product, design, and customers to solve real business problems.
- -Own outcomes rather than just implementation.
- -Drive execution in ambiguous and fast-moving environments.
- -Use AI extensively to accelerate development, debugging, testing, and technical decision-making.
- Help define best practices for AI-enabled software development.
Must have
-Strong builder who has shipped products used by real customers. -Comfortable working across the stack (Python, Go, and JavaScript) and owning features from idea to production. -Strong grasp of system design, APIs, data flows, reliability, and scalable architectures. -Experience defining scalable architectures and technical direction. -Uses AI extensively to code, debug, test, and accelerate software development. -High ownership with the ability to take products from concept to production. -Strong product sense and the ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments. -Ability to make pragmatic technical decisions balancing speed, reliability, and maintainability. -Strong focus on engineering excellence, testing, monitoring, and operational best practices. -Ability to identify and solve scaling, performance, and security challenges early.
