We’re looking for a technically strong Product Manager who enjoys owning the “what” and the “how” — from understanding complex business needs to designing workflows, creating prototypes and UI mockups, and making product decisions aligned with scalable architecture and long-term platform principles. This is a 0-1 builder role where you’ll work closely with tech leads and engineers to bring complex warehouse, order, store, and multichannel fulfillment operations to life. If you have a software engineering background, strong product instincts, and enjoy vibe-based prototyping / building working prototypes using tools like Cursor, this role is built for you.
What you'll do
- Lead product discovery and development for a Multichannel fulfillment platform comprising Warehouse Management System, Order Management System, Store Management System and Integrations.
- Translate user workflows and enterprise SOPs into well-structured, scalable prototypes and UI mockups using tools like Cursor or vibe-based prototyping.
- Collaborate deeply with tech leads to make architectural trade-offs that balance configuration, performance, and maintainability.
- Take a strong stance against short-term feature requests that compromise architectural integrity or platform scalability.
- Own product documentation, PRDs, APIs, workflows, and screen flows, ensuring end-to-end clarity for engineering teams.
- Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery in close coordination with engineering.
- Deliver internal and client demos, explaining product workflows to sales, customer success, and enterprise clients with clarity and confidence.
- Participate in roadmap planning, balancing new feature velocity with tech debt reduction and platform stability goals.
- Contribute to the design and rollout of AI-powered capabilities simplifying complex user journeys.
Must have
Mandatory Engineering Degree Minimum 2 years of software engineering experience in backend or full-stack development. Minimum 1 year of product management experience. Proficiency in writing PRDs, defining API contracts, and collaborating with developers on architecture and performance. Track record of owning product decisions independently in a SaaS, enterprise tech, or B2B platform environment. Strong understanding of scalability, modular design, and technical debt management. Comfort with creating UI mocks and workflow diagrams without a dedicated design team. Strong technical understanding with the ability to own both the “what” and the “how.” Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to present roadmaps, host demos, and align diverse stakeholders.
Good to have
Experience in retail technology, warehouse operations, supply chain, inventory management, or fulfillment. Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems, Order Management Systems, Store Management Systems or Integrations. Hands-on experience with Cursor or vibe-based prototyping. Experience designing workflows, screen flows, UI mockups and working prototypes. Exposure to AI-powered capabilities and simplifying complex user journeys. Experience balancing new feature velocity with tech debt reduction and platform stability goals. Experience working closely with tech leads to make architectural trade-offs around configuration, performance, and maintainability.
