Product Manager to own specific product areas end-to-end — from problem discovery through product specs that Engineering can build against, and through the metrics that measure success. The role involves working closely with Engineering, Design, Risk & Compliance, and Customer Support across the Product Development Lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Run user research and analyze market/usage signals to identify problems worth solving
- Prioritize opportunities against company strategy
- Clearly define problems before moving to solutions
- Write product specs covering success criteria, scope, user flows, edge cases, and acceptance criteria
- Own UX flows and wireframes with Design and Engineering
- Define product-level technical requirements
- Partner with Engineering through build, QA, and launch
- Track post-launch adoption, engagement, business/revenue impact, and qualitative user feedback
- Feed learnings back into the next discovery cycle
- Work with Risk & Compliance on features involving KYC, trading limits, disclosures, or regulatory workflows
- Use AI as a core part of day-to-day product work — research synthesis, spec drafting, data analysis, and prototyping
Must have
~2 years of Product Management experience Meaningful exposure to broking, trading platforms, wealth-tech, lending, or fintech products Working understanding of capital markets basics — equities, F&O, mutual funds — or willingness to ramp up quickly Comfortable writing clear product specs and making prioritization trade-offs with incomplete information Strong communication skills across Engineering, Design, Risk & Compliance, and Customer Support Data literacy — comfortable pulling and reading product analytics AI-native — comfortable using AI tools for research, prompting, analysis, specs, and prototyping

Prior experience at a broking, exchange-tech, or fintech company Familiarity with SEBI/RBI-regulated product constraints
