Product Integration Engineer responsible for supporting partners with API integrations, troubleshooting technical issues, debugging integration problems, and providing pre/post-integration technical support in a fintech environment.
What you'll do
- Support partners in isolating, diagnosing, reproducing, and resolving technical issues.
- Troubleshoot API, SFTP, SDK, and product integration issues.
- Work with developers and internal teams on pre- and post-integration issues.
- Analyze logs to identify trends, root causes, and recurring issues.
- Understand partner business use cases and explain products clearly.
- Conduct product demos and documentation walkthroughs.
- Maintain and improve integration/support documentation.
- Provide Level 1 technical support and ensure timely issue resolution.
Must have
1+ years of experience handling clients for API integrations, preferably in fintech. FinTech experience is mandatory. Hands-on experience with APIs, JSON, XML, and Postman. Strong understanding of API integration, debugging, and troubleshooting. Hands-on experience with at least one programming language. Basic SQL/database query knowledge. Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Good to have
Experience with Java, JavaScript, C, C++, C , VB.NET, PHP, or Python. Technical Bachelor's degree. Experience with SFTP, SDKs, and product configurations. Experience handling technical queries through email, calls, and live chat.
