As an Associate Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of transforming the construction industry through innovative AI-powered solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and customer success to drive product development and deliver exceptional value to construction industry customers. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in product management while making a significant impact on a rapidly scaling product.
What you'll do
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer research to identify product opportunities.
- Translate customer feedback and insights into actionable product improvements and recommendations.
- Create PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintain clear product documentation.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality product features.
- Work with sales, customer success, and marketing teams on market feedback, product positioning, and launches.
- Define and track product metrics and KPIs, analyze usage data, and validate product hypotheses.
- Support A/B testing, experimentation, and data-driven product decisions.
- Manage product backlogs and prioritize features based on impact and effort.
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Develop a strong understanding of customer workflows, industry challenges, and emerging AI capabilities.
- Build relationships with customers, industry experts, and relevant stakeholders.
Must have
Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Construction Management, or related field 1-3 years of experience in product management Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with comfort working with data Basic understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies Proficiency in product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar Genuine interest in understanding and solving customer problems Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex ideas clearly Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams Data-driven approach to decision making and problem solving Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and industry domains quickly Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Meticulous approach to documentation and requirement gathering

Interest in or exposure to B2B SaaS products Knowledge of the construction industry or construction technology Experience with AI/ML products or platforms Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, or Google Analytics Familiarity with AI/ML concepts Experience conducting market research and competitive analysis Experience with user interviews, surveys, and usage-data analysis Experience supporting A/B testing and experimentation initiatives
